One week rentals are from 3:00pm Saturday to 10:00am the following Saturday. Reservations require a deposit of 15% (non-refundable, rescheduling possible). Balance is due two weeks before arrival.
The State of Maine has a 7% sales tax which applies to Twin Oaks rentals. All payments made after July 1, 2005 please add an extra 7% to your total, payable with the final balance.
